MY ROLE

Santa’s Surprise Squad is a nonprofit organization dedicated to spreading holiday cheer through surprise flash mob performances across the community, with a special focus on bringing joy to foster kids.

As the Season Director, I manage all aspects of the organization, from recruiting volunteers to securing sponsors and planning logistics, ensuring every performance is impactful.
