2023 - 2025: Founder & Program Director
As the Founder and Program Director, I founded and directed the initiative, leading nearly 100 volunteers, working with dozens of sponsors, managing complex logistics and partnerships, overseeing branding and media, and guiding each season from planning through live execution.
Santa’s Surprise Squad was a multi-year nonprofit initiative that produced large-scale, surprise public performances across Northern California. The program brought together volunteers, sponsors, and community partners to create unexpected moments of joy during the holiday season, while raising thousands of dollars for children in the foster care system.
