Served as Executive Producer and creative lead for Tracy High School’s Lip Dub across three consecutive years, developing the production into one of the school’s largest annual creative projects. Led each Lip Dub from initial concept through release, overseeing creative direction, song selection, route and sequence planning, filming, logistics, and the coordination of thousands of students, staff members, clubs, athletic teams, and campus organizations.

Each production transformed the entire campus into a large-scale, continuously moving performance designed to showcase the people, programs, traditions, and energy of Tracy High. Across the three-year run, the Lip Dubs generated more than one million views online, received attention from major entertainment platforms and industry professionals, and became a recognizable part of the school’s culture. The project eventually extended beyond Tracy High as I shared the process, planning, and lessons behind the productions to help other schools develop Lip Dubs of their own.
