Tracy Celebrates Children

Reestablished and led all aspects of Tracy Celebrates Children, a city-wide Day of Play that brought thousands of children and families together for a day of free activities, entertainment, and community experiences. Oversaw the organization from the ground up, directing event programming, partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, creative direction, volunteer coordination, logistics, and day-of operations while working alongside local businesses, organizations, and city departments. Led the event’s successful return following a five-year hiatus, growing it into a large-scale community celebration while preserving its original purpose and honoring the memory of Sandra Cantu.
